Like Father Like Daughter

Daddy had an audition for a travelocity commercial today and so Kinleigh and Mommy drove up with him. There was a lady up there also auditioning for the commercial as the role of a Mom. She asked if she could use Kinleigh as her child in the audition. She said Kinleigh did awesome. When they first entered the room she was reaching out for the cameras, but as soon as the camera went on she just sat and smiled at the camera. She said she was a natural.

Daddy took Kinleigh outside and let her play on the drums. She was such a natural. Daddy was super proud, of course. She held the sticks in both hands and started banging away.
She also has this little kitchen toy that has a slot in the fridge where she can put her square and circle piece into. Then, she has to push a button on the fridge to allow the square and circle to come out. She use to always grab my hand and make me push it for her, but not anymore!!! She has now figured out how to push the button.

Daddy had another audition today in Charlotte for a Hollywood movie. Kinleigh and I went along to provide Daddy some company. We stopped at Concord Mills on the way down and did some shopping. Then, we went to the audition- Daddy said it was definitely different auditioning for a big movie. We took a drive through downtown Charlotte- I have to admit it is prettier then Raleigh. We did some more shopping on the way home and Kinleigh was sure beat. The picture is from our trip- she thought she had to drink out of Mommy and Daddys' cups b/c, she was just too big to drink out of her little girls sippy cup. Every time we picked up one of our drinks she would start fussing to hand ours on over. She is so spoiled rotten.
