Kinleigh's grade put on a little presentation for the Mother's for Mother's Day. They sang several songs that they learned through out the year and then sang a Mother's Day Song! After they brought tears to all the Mother's eyes we went back to the classroom where they told us why they love us and then we made a flower together.
Kinleigh has really grown up this year and it is nice to not to really worry about her misbehaving when we go out. She is one silly girl and will just crack me up! I love to watch her little personality grow and i truly love spending time with her!
She is also a VERY good student. I think she missed ONE spelling word. During the middle of the year she was already reading at a second grade level. She is awesome at math and can already subtract numbers like 52-39! Daniel has informed me that her talent may not be sports it may be academics. I am still having a tough time swallowing that idea. Not that she is not good at sports but she is not the star. I'll keep pushing for academics and sports!
