Vacation Time

My mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and nephew went on a cruise and added some extra days on to their trip to spend time with US.   We decided that we would make a FAMILY VACATION out of dropping them off at the port.  We spent the night at a hotel right across the street from the beach and Please Pier.  The Pier has been closed down for years and they just re-built all the rides and restaurants last year.  Kinleigh was a TINY bit too short to ride all the rides.  She attempted to get on them all and some would let her on and then others were mean, as she woud tell you.  That girl has no fear!  She LOVED the roller coaster one and it is the only roller coaster that I have been on that you are laying flat on your back as you travel up for the drop. We had dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co... I was not that impressed with the food but the view was nice!  The next day we went on a Dolphin Boat Tour and we had several Dolphins swimming right next to the boat.  We even stopped to check out a old historic house that was for sale.  It truly was a FUN FAMILY VACATION.  

It was so good to spend time with Daniel's family and I'm glad that they were able to extend their trip to play for a couple days!
