SUMMER VACATION
Day 1: Drive to Dallas. Check into the Gaylord Resort and Spa. Take pictures with Shrek and Fiona. Wait in a long line for balloon animals and face painting. The kids loved their balloon animals and paintings so it was worth the wait. After we took a little walk around that section of the resort which was set up as an oil well. There was this cowboy sprayed all gold and it was really hard to tell if he was real or fake. Levi went up to him and he moved and scared him! It was hilarious and Levi LOVED being scared. Then the kids proceeded to hit him with their balloon animals. I'm sure the gold cowboys was not quite as excited about that. We headed back to the room to order pizza and chill out for the night.
