Day Six: Ms. Nicole spoiled us with a Fabulous fourth of July breakfast. We drove over to Winter Quarters to check out some more church sites and the Temple. We spent the evening grilling, talking, and watching the neighbors across the street set of a BOAT LOAD of Fireworks. Nicole had also bought a cookie cake to celebrate Collin and Daniel's birthdays! I thought Texas was crazy on fireworks but OMAHA is super crazy. Every night they were there the sky was lit up with fireworks and the Sweeney's said it had been like that all week.

I am glad you got to see some historic sites too - tell the Sweeneys "hi" for me when you have contact with them again.
