Mountains in November

Time to Catch Up:
We headed up to the Mountains with our friends the Sweeneys, April and Mark. We missed the real beautiful leave changing by just a couple weeks but it was still beautiful! Props to David for finding us an awesome cabin. We spent one day going to Grandfather Mountain and the next day going to Linville Falls and Cavern. We waited one night WAY TOO LONG for the Daniel Boone Inn Restaurant. Sure the food is family style all you can eat and was good but not good enough to wait HOURS with young kids! The house rocked- it has a ping pong table, foosball table, hot tub, and a gorgeous view. Lets just say that we already have it booked for next year. I think that says enough about our time at the cabin.
