Are we REALLY this LAZY???

I went to the grocery store and this is what I found in the parking lot.  Really people?  Are we really this lazy?  The cart return couldn't be more then 100 feet away.  And this is just from where I parked... it was like this in the entire parking lot.

I agree about the shopping carts. that's kind of a pet peeve of mine. Seriously, how hard is it to return the carts? When I had small children I just tried to park really close to the cart return so I could put my kids in the car and still return the cart.
