Kinleigh is SEVEN!!! We started out the morning rushing over to watch my fabulous nieces participate in a kids triathlon. We were able to catch the bike and run and they ROCKED. It was a good thing because it convinced Kinleigh that she wanted to participate in the next kids triathlon. We then headed over to get her breakfast of choice- DONUTS. Since her birthday happened to be on a Saturday this year we decided to go back to her TRADITIONAL POOL PARTY and so we headed to Costco and the Dollar store for some goodies! Kinleigh picked out Noodles as the Party Favor and so I just grabbed the whole box and purchased 32 noodles (even asked for the box). We had lunch at Costco and then came home to let her open her presents from us at home. She has been begging for a new iTouch and Best Buy had then on sale the day we happen to be there looking for some outdoor movie equipment. We gave in and bought her a new iTouch. Levi was THRILLED to have her old one. I had already purchased her two movies, "Beauty and the Beast" and "Mirror Mirror" before we decided to get her the iPod so she wracked up this year. She had a great turn out at her party, I believe 24 kids?!? They had a blast swimming, eating pizza, fruit, and vegetables, opening presents, and eating ice cream bars (Since the Birthday girl does not like cake-so she says). Kinleigh asked for Lego Friends this year and the girl scored big time! She had her cousin, Aidyn, spend the night after her party and they stayed up until 11 putting them together. It is hard for me to believe that Kinleigh is SEVEN.
